Join us for Clay Days : a creative midday break for reflection, painting, and connection.

Each session begins with mini-journaling prompts to help you reconnect with yourself through simple, meaningful reflections. Afterward, you'll do a clay project.

Shape air-dry clay pieces (moons, stars, fish, sea stars, leaves, and hearts), paint charms and assemble them into a personalized garland.

Your finished garland will be a beautiful, tangible reminder of the strengths, hopes, and peaceful moments you are shaping in your life, one piece at a time.

No art or writing experience is necessary.All materials, guidance, and light refreshments are included.

Take a pause, pick up a brush, and weave a little more meaning into your week.
