About the event
A weekly coaching space to steer you toward self-trust, boundaries and personal power.
Program meets for 5 weeks, between April 8th through May 6th. Wednesday 8:30-9:30pm. 3 seats available.
Sometimes we get caught in cycles of action, emotion and thought that keep us stuck and unhappy.
We overextend, over-explain or override our needs and intuition. Then we wonder why we feel resentful, exhausted, or invisible.
It's time to start a new cycle! Introducing a new mini coaching container: "The Close Circle."
We will meet on weekly for 5 weeks to explore topics of inner growth.
