Your business may be a reflection of you, but it is not all of you. This event is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the woman behind the work. Through guided journaling, discussion, and a creative exercise, you’ll explore the parts of yourself that may have been set aside while running your business.

We’ll begin by untangling your identity from your business, asking questions like: If my business disappeared tomorrow, who would I be? What parts of me have I neglected? Does my business still align with who I truly am? Through journling ,and conversation you’ll explore the relationship between you and your business to see where they align—and where they don’t.

Finally, through art, you’ll reconnect with who you are at your core—something that often gets lost in the day-to-day demands of entrepreneurship.
