Creative Breakthrough is a unique 3-month program designed to help you move through stagnation and reconnect with yourself through a blend of art-making and powerful coaching conversations. Whether you’re seeking clarity, self-discovery, or simply a space to release stress, this program provides the structure and support to help you shift your mindset and gain new insights. How It Works - We meet twice a month for 90-minute sessions over the course of three months. In the first session, we evaluate your personal goals—whether it’s overcoming limiting beliefs, accessing inner strengths, rediscovering creativity, or simply cultivating mindfulness. - Each session is customized to support your individual journey, incorporating creative exercises, guided reflection, and coaching techniques to help you move forward. - The program can be completed in 3 months or renewed if you’d like to continue your exploration.
