When We Create - July

When We Create is a soulful, supportive space for women who want to find themselves again beneath the roles and responsibilities. Are you a perfectionist and high-achiever?A deeply feeling human in transition?A mother overshadowed by responsibilities, or a caretaker craving replenishment?Then this is your place for self-repair, fresh energy, and meaningful connection.

We’ll meet over three weeks this July to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting beneath the surface. Each session includes grounding practices like breathwork or visualization, thoughtful journaling prompts, and plenty of time for a guided creative project using a variety of media.

You'll reflect on powerful questions such as:

What do I feel, but rarely express?

What emotion am I carrying today?

What part of me is calling to be reclaimed?
