Join us for this weekly restorative and energizing art class to reawaken the connection to your self.
This class combines breath-work, journaling, guided art-making and conversation to help you recover forgotten parts of yourself. Perfect for the soulful individual who doesn't have time to pause and witness what's essential. Here we provide you the space, and plenty of art materials to explore the possiblities. No art skills needed.
The material will leverage the best of the last 3 years of our signature When We Create programs, including wisdom from philosophical, spiritual (non-religious) and nature-based literature (eg. Brene Brown, Tara Brach, Toko-Pa Turner, Thich Nhat Hanh, etc), to allow you not only a space to slow down, but also gain new perspectives and food for thought.
