About the event
A creative mini-retreat for moms who need time, space and energy to reconnect with themselves.
This 2-hour session includes a choice of self-care product (eye mask, hand scrub, moisturizer), followed by breath work, journaling and making unique artwork. The art project - "Flow" - will include individual and collaborative components, using acrylic paint, markers, cardboard, magazines, beads & embelishments, stickers & washi tape.
Join us to replenish your energy with restorative art-making in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and feel like yourself again.
