In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this guided painting session invites you to explore the parts of yourself that keep you grounded and strong. You’ll learn the basics of painting with acrylics and create a symbolic goddess figure: a visual reflection and affirmation of your inner peacekeeper and inner warrior.
Through art, conversation, and gentle reflection, you’ll explore what helps you stay steady in turbulent times and what ignites your inner fire. You’ll personalize your goddess with meaningful symbols and can also include natural elements to represent the connection to Earth’s resilience (Taurus season is perfect for embodying our connection to the Earth).
