Join us for a peaceful and playful 3-hour gratitude retreat! We'll begin with a calming mindfulness exercise to center ourselves, followed by guided journaling prompts to explore moments of thankfulness and set intentions for what we hope to welcome into our lives. And we will create art as a tangible reminder of what they cherish most.

We Will Create:

• Guided journaling to reflect what you're grateful for and what you hope to invite into your life

• Paint gratitude rocks as beautiful reminders to keep or give to your loved ones

• A gratitude tree collage to commemorate our blessings
