Take an hour to unwind, reconnect, and create from the comfort of your own space. Each session blends gentle breathing exercises, mindful reflection, and guided art-making in the medium of your choice. Paint, sketch, collage, write, or challenge yourself to a new medium of choice. This hour is designed to calm the mind and awaken your creative flow.

Creative prompts will be provided and freedom of expression is always encouraged. Make art your weekly ritual of renewal.

$25/pp. NOTE: if you plan to attend regularly, save the Zoom link - and you don't need to register via the website each time. Btu please remember to submit payment each time.
