Not your average art class. When We Create is a soulful, supportive space for women who want to find themselves again beneath the roles & responsibilities. Some people come here burnt out. Some are in the middle of a life change. Some haven’t picked up a paintbrush in 30 years.

Are you a perfectionist and high-achiever, a deeply feeling human in transition, a mother overshadowed by responsibilities, a care-taker craving replenishment? Then this is your place for self-repair, new energy and positive interpersonal connection. Creative expression can bring profound inner shifts and in this space we take the opportunity to find them.

Each session includes grounding practices (like breathwork or gentle meditation), a journaling prompt to invite self-inquiry, plenty of art materials, and time to quiet your mind, connect to your creative self. You will use your creative abilities…
