When We Create (Sundays)

When We Create is a soulful, supportive space for women who want to find themselves again beneath the roles and responsibilities. Are you a perfectionist and high-achiever?A deeply feeling human in transition?A mother overshadowed by responsibilities, or a caretaker craving replenishment? This is your place for self-repair, fresh energy, and meaningful connection.

We’ll meet on Sundays to slow down and reconnect with forgotten parts of ourselves. Each session includes grounding practices like breathwork or visualization, thoughtful journaling prompts, and plenty of time for a guided creative project using a variety of media.

This space is for you especially if you feel out of touch with your creativity. If you haven’t picked up a paintbrush in decades, if you worry you're “not artistic,” or if you’ve ever wondered, “Is it okay to join if I’m not good at art?”. The answer is YES!!
